Our Secret?

#1  We have a Team of Buyer’s Agents. This is huge. They are fully educated on your property and available to show and write offers 7 days a week. No one else does this. It doesn’t matter how fancy your camera is or how many “likes” you have on Facebook or how many “clicks” you have on your website (though we do excel in these areas). The #1 thing you need to sell property is excellent Realtors available to work for Buyers. This is the heart of our success.

#2  We have structure.  Our office runs as a true business. We schedule agents to work every day except Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years Day and the odd education seminar or group office activity. Having structure ensures availability which makes all the difference in achieving results. #3 

We invest where it counts. We tailor a marketing strategy uniquely suited to your property type. We ensure we have all the latest tools to showcase your property:

  • the newest computer hardware and software.
  • heli-drones and professional grade wide-angle cameras.
  • a Virtual Tour camera to shoot life-like virtual walk-thrus and a 3D camera to create interactive 3D floor plans
  • we spend real dollars every month to promote your listing on-line (yes, PAID online advertising, there is a huge difference) Simply posting the listing to a personal website and doesn’t cut it.
  • print media campaigns. With so much digital marketing, post-mail print advertising has great impact.
  • Finally, when a Buyer contacts us, we have our Dedicated Buyer’s Agents available 7 days a week, holidays included, to make sure your property gets shown, and shown right. Everything else above, and not doing this, would probably yield half the sales we experience.

#4  Visibility: We get noticed so you get noticed. From our restored heritage office building and Listings Display Board right in Town Square to our easy-access large parking lot to our relentless digital and print marketing, we’re always promoting our Listings to a countless number of Buyers.

#5   We work hard and we make long term decisions. It sounds simple but it really sets us apart.

Fancy signs and splashy websites don’t equate to sales. Availability, skill set and meeting the needs of the customer equate to sales.
