Doug Haayer, Licensed Team Leader


Doug has lived in Princeton all his life and has been in the real estate business for nearly 10 years.  He loves the service business and has been self employed since his first working years.  Married to his wife Jody for 19 years, they have two wonderful daughters; Meagan 21yrs old and Kirsten 19yrs old.  They are a tight family that loves to have a good time and enjoy the recreation and the outdoors that Princeton has to offer.


Doug has represented literally hundreds of real estate transactions for Buyers and Sellers for all types of properties from rental houses to family houses to apartment buildings and ranchlands. Doug has also personally owned revenue, multi-family, large acreage and commercial real estate.  He is currently a developer and co-owner in a brand new mini and RV storage facility in Merritt, BC, a partner in a multi-tenant commercial building in Princeton, BC and lives on a large acreage on the edge of Princeton.

Candice Quinnell, Licensed Team Member

With Candice's creative flair and enthusiasm the Doug Haayer Advantage Team know they can count on her to fill the room with energy. She is a versatile member of the team and handles a wide variety of tasks.

Candice is fully licensed and the newest member to the Doug Haayer Advantage Team. Her duties include everything from marketing for both online and print media initiatives, to database management and compiling information for monthly publications to representing clients when purchasing their dream properties.

Candice was born and raised in Princeton giving her a cutting edge understanding of the land and it's potential. In her spare time she enjoys playing slow-pitch, camping, fishing and getting together with friends. She is a volunteer and the President of the Princeton Minor Ball Association, which keeps her outdoors all summer long!

Candice has a natural way with people, understanding their needs and helping them reach their goals. This has allowed her to increase her units sold sales volume 4.5 times since starting in real estate. Candice's approach is both original and efficient and provides a lasting impression.
